Sean has a long history in the marching arts, starting with marching band at Olentangy Liberty HS in 2004. After finding his true calling on bass drum his senior year (2008), Sean went on to march bass with the White Sabers Drum and Bugle Corps (2011-2014), Eastside Fury Percussion (2012-2013), the Erie Thunderbirds Drum and Bugle Corps (2015-2018), the Cleveland Browns Drum Line (2015-2020), and most recently Rogue's Hollow Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps (2021-present).

Sean has used his continuing experience in the activity to give back and teach up-and-coming percussionists for multiple groups; including Olentangy Liberty HS (2012-2020), Ferndale Independent Percussion (2014), Notre Dame Indoor Percussion (2014-2015), Burning River Percussion (2016), South Indoor Percussion (2017), and the Erie Thunderbirds Drum and Bugle Corps (2015-2018). This will be Sean's 5th year teaching bass at Cap City (2020-present).

Sean graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Actuarial Science, and currently works at Nationwide Insurance in Columbus, OH.

Sean is excited to continue to teach with some of the best in the activity at Cap City, and is looking forward to the 2025 season!
