Nate Fought has been involved with the marching arts since 2011, his freshman year at Olentangy Liberty High School. He started off playing bass drum but quickly found a love for playing tenor drums and was able to make the switch for his first season of WGI in 2012.

His involvement continued beyond high school and into college, performing with Legends Drum and Bugle Corps (2014-2015), The Ohio Univeristy Marching 110 (2015-2018), Matrix Open (2016-2017) and ConneXus (2019).

Nate currently works and resides in the Columbus area where he also serves as a percussion instructor for Heath High School Marching Band.

Nate is very excited to be working with Cap City for his fifth year this upcoming season!
