Garrett Lind is a percussion instructor from Columbus, Ohio. He started his marching career at Bishop Watterson High School and began teaching percussion after his graduation in 2014. Since then he has taught many schools around Columbus including Westland, Grove City, Central Crossing, and Bishop Watterson.

Garrett graduated with a bachelors degree in Music Education from Otterbein University where he spent four years studying under Dr. Michael Yonchak and Dr. Jack Jenny.

Garrett marched with Cap City from 2016 through 2018. He returned to Cap City after his age out season to teach the front ensemble and help out with logistics. This will be his fifth year directing and coordinating CC2. He is excited to get the season underway!
