CJ Deerman’s extensive cymbal career began with Central Crossing High School. After graduating, he marched for 5 years with Cap City from 2020 to 2024, as well as the Colts Drum & Bugle Corps in 2022.

CJ has taught at Central Crossing High School with their marching band and indoor programs for their past two seasons, and currently works as a choreographer for the Dublin Jerome High School Marching Band.

Since aging out of the marching arts, CJ has been busy working, playing video games, and exploring a passion for wood carving.
